Our Half Beef Share provides a large quantity of premium, dry-aged beef — raised on pasture right here in Texas. This is the most cost-efficient way to fill your freezer with a wide variety of steaks, roasts, ground beef, and specialty cuts, all processed with care and shipped to your door.

Please note: The price displayed is only your initial deposit to reserve your Half Beef Share. Once your beef is ready, pay the rest ($1822.50) when your beef is ready. The total amount is equal to $2,430. This two-part payment system allows us to custom-process your share and ensure you get the freshest, highest-quality beef possible.

This box includes: 180 lbs. of grass-fed beef

• 21-24 steaks from the Ribeye, New York Strip and Filet Mignon trio
• 4-8 Sirloin Sirloin
• 4-6 Roasts. Either Chuck, Rump, Round, Tri-Tip, Picanha or Shoulder Roast
• 6-12 lbs. of Fajita Meat, Skirt Steak, Flat Iron Steak, Flank Steak
• 4-6 lbs. of Stew Meat
• 14-16 lbs. of Beef Short Ribs
• 1 brisket (7-15 lbs.)
• 80-100 one lb. packages of Ground Beef (90% lean)

*Some cuts may be substituted with a cut of similar value.

Deposit: Your 1/2 Beef deposit is $607.50. Your final payment will be $1822.50 after your deposit is subtracted. The total amount is $2,430.

How it works: You reserve your 1/2 Beef today with a $607.50 deposit. We will go out in the pasture and select the healthiest & fattest steer in the herd. We will have our expert butcher process your beef and let it dry age at least 21 days to maximize flavor & tenderness. Once your beef is ready we will send you an invoice to collect the rest of the payment ($1,822.50). Then we will ship it to your door for free, in big boxes. Your beef will arrive fully frozen!

Freezer Space: This 1/2 Beef will require approx. 6 cubic ft. of freezer space.

Packaging: All cuts are individually vacuum sealed and labeled.

Did you know that most grass-fed beef in America is actually imported from other countries? And those products can actually be labeled “product of the USA.” Most of the time, you as a customer have no idea if that animal has really been on grass their entire life. To us, grass-fed means that the cows were fed 100% grass during their entire lifetime without shortcuts. In other words, “grass-fed, grass-finished.” All our cows are raised directly by the Circle J Ranch, and we have complete control over how the animal is produced and processed.
